R-type centers feature a reliable pressure indicator which permits rapid setting and monitoring of the optimum pressure that is selected according to the geometry and stability of the workpiece. Thermal expansion of the workpiece during machining is automatically compensated. R-type centers offer excellent reproducibility and reliability in production. The RV version is designed for turning small-diameter shafts. Suitable for use on CNC machine tools or copying lathes.
